Adds a real SolidWorks 2025 screenshot and a five-frame GIF to all three READMEs.

  • Adds docs/assets/solidworks-plate.png and docs/assets/solidworks-plate.gif
  • Shows the 200 x 100 x 20 mm plate with four holes and filleted edges
  • Keeps the conceptual SVG and adds the real output below it
  • Marks GIF files as binary in .gitattributes

Capture the mounting-plate workflow from SolidWorks 2025 and add the
real output to all three READMEs.

- Add a 1280 px PNG screenshot and a five-frame GIF
- Show the 200 x 100 x 20 mm plate with four through holes and filleted edges
- Keep the existing conceptual SVG and add the real output below it
- Sync the English, Chinese, and French captions
- Mark GIF files as binary in .gitattributes
